Privacy Policy Notice

Attorneys and other professionals who advise on personal financial matters are now required by a new federal law to inform their clients of their policies regarding privacy of client information. Attorneys have been and continue to be bound by professional standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those required by this new federal law. Therefore, we have always protected your right to privacy.

Additionally, we may receive personal information about our clients from other sources, including any of the following:

  • Information provided by other persons who have provided related services to you, such as other attorneys, accountants, insurance agents, financial planners, banks, insurance companies, and others who assist you with various financial transactions;

  • Information we obtain when handling lawsuits on your behalf;

  • Information we obtain from members of the public or the legal community.

If you are a client of Kyler Lundholm, L.P.A., you should know that all information that we receive from you is held in confidence and is not released to people outside our firm, except as agreed by you, or as required under applicable law, or as may be necessary when we contract with others to perform services for us or for you, or for your benefit. We will only disclose the information necessary for others to carry out their agreed responsibilities, and we require others to treat your information as confidential in all such cases.

We retain records relating to professional services that we provide so that we are better able to assist you with your professional needs and, in some cases, to comply with professional guidelines. In order to guard your nonpublic personal information, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with our professional standards.
